Agreement Statement

As a volunteer at the Hub, I agree to abide by its policies and procedures, including the dress code and footwear policies. I understand that management retains the right to assign tasks according to the need. I agree that all the work I do is on a voluntary basis.

In addition, I agree to provide some form of photo ID.

An image of your driver's licence, for instance, can be uploaded via the online form. or you can present your ID during a volunteer session. For the latter option, just take your ID to the hamper check-in table on a Thursday, and your legal name will be checked against the name held in the Hub records.
